What are Personalized Children's Books all about?
Our Personalized Children's Books are fun and exciting hard back books where the child becomes the star of the story! The Chid's name, age, hometown, friends and a special message from you are included in every story. The books encourage children to read and also enhances their self-esteem while increasing reading retention. Personalized books will have your child coming back again and again to re-read the story about themselves. All books are bound in washable hard covers and feature wonderful color illustrations. How long will it take to process my order?
We carefully process and ship your order within 2 business days. However, during the Christmas Season (November 1st - December 26th) orders will ship within 4 business days.
What should I put in the books "dedication" field?
For a child who is related, we suggest "With love, (gift giver)" as the dedication. If you're giving a book as a gift we suggest using the occasion in the dedication such as "Happy 1st Birthday, (gift giver)" or "Merry Christmas 2006, (gift giver)." Many people also like to include the year so when the child looks back they can see how long they have had their favorite book.

Can the books be printed in Spanish?
Yes, all of our books except for Sesame Street, ABC & Me can be printed in Spanish.
How is the "nickname" used in the books?
We recommend using a nickname your child is commonly known by, such as "Dom" for Dominic or "Jen" for Jennifer. Once we enter the nickname as part of the book information, that name will be used throughout the story instead of the child's actual name. The child's actual name will be used in the title of the book and in the first paragraph of the story.
Can I personalize a book for a child in another country?
Yes, just provide the country and province. Example: Florence, Italy in the "Hometown" section of the personalized order page.

Can I order a book without the child's age or middle name?
Yes, these are not required for the book to turn out. However, we must have the child's first and last name.

Can I pay by check?
We only accept cashiers checks or money orders. We do not accept personal checks.

Our Return Policy
A return policy with personalized products is difficult to provide since the item is specifically created for an individual and cannot be resold. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so we provide the following return policy:

What if Kustom Memories makes a mistake?
If we make a mistake, we will correct and replace the same book, CD or DVD, with the corrected information you provided at no charge.
What if I give you with the wrong information?
Personalized books can't be repaired as they are printed on paper specific to each book, however, we will print and ship another book for $8 plus shipping and handling. If we are given the wrong information for a DVD or CD, we will charge full price of that item plus shipping and handling for a new DVD or CD to be made. A refund will not be provided in this event.
All Other Items - Returns will only be excepted if item is in original packing and unopened. Once the returned item is received, we will credit your purchase minus any shipping charges.

Contact us at info@kustommemories.com and return your damaged order within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.
